Can I extend the session once it starts?
Yes, if the therapist's schedule allows. Ask during the session and we can confirm availability and additional cost.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
Tell the therapist during the session so adjustments can be made. If issues persist, contact us afterward - we take feedback seriously and will address any concerns.
Can I book for someone else (gift)?
Yes. Provide the recipient's hotel details and contact information. We will coordinate directly with them for timing.
Do you serve Airbnb/apartment rentals?
Yes. Provide the full address and any access instructions (building code, floor, etc.).
Is there a minimum booking?
